Indo Social

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Indo Social, a social-media management service operated by Indotium Technologies Private Limited.

Effective date: 30 August 2026  •  Last updated: 30 August 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, connecting a third-party account, or otherwise accessing Indo Social, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Indo Social for a company or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. The service

Indo Social provides tools for authorised users to manage supported social channels, create and schedule content, publish or manage posts, review supported analytics and engagement data, manage media and campaigns, and use other features made available in the application from time to time.

Some features depend on third-party platforms, APIs, approvals, subscriptions, quotas, permissions, or account types. Availability of a feature in the Indo Social interface does not guarantee that a third-party platform will permit that feature for every account.

3. Accounts, workspaces, and authority

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep access credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account and authorised workspaces.
  • You may connect or manage a social account, Page, profile, advertising account, or other asset only when you have the necessary authority and permissions from its owner.
  • Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate access to their team members.
  • You must promptly remove access for people who should no longer be able to use a workspace or connected asset.

4. Third-party platforms and integrations

Indo Social can integrate with third-party services such as social networks, identity providers, analytics providers, infrastructure services, and payment providers. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, policies, platform rules, permissions, and technical limitations.

You authorise Indo Social to send requests to and receive information from a connected third-party service only as necessary to provide the features you choose to use. A third-party platform may change, suspend, restrict, reject, or revoke API access at any time. We are not responsible for a third party's independent decisions, outages, policy changes, or content moderation actions.

5. Your content and instructions

You retain ownership of content that you upload, create, or provide to Indo Social. You grant Indotium Technologies Private Limited a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, format, transmit, and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate Indo Social and carry out your instructions.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content, targeting, advertising, campaigns, comments, messages, media, and other activity comply with applicable law and the rules of every connected platform.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Indo Social to:

  • access or manage an account, Page, profile, workspace, or asset without authorisation;
  • violate applicable law, sanctions, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or platform rules;
  • distribute malware, malicious code, phishing content, fraudulent material, or unlawful spam;
  • attempt to bypass security, access controls, quotas, rate limits, or technical restrictions;
  • scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or disrupt Indo Social or a connected service except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise;
  • use Indo Social to impersonate another person or organisation deceptively; or
  • use data obtained through a connected platform for a purpose prohibited by that platform.

7. Social publishing and advertising

You are solely responsible for approving the substance, audience, schedule, budget, destination, targeting, and compliance of content or advertising submitted through Indo Social. Third-party platforms may review, reject, delay, limit, or remove content or advertisements.

Where paid advertising functionality is enabled, charges imposed by the advertising platform, payment provider, or other third party are separate from any Indo Social fees unless expressly stated otherwise. You remain responsible for authorised advertising spend and applicable taxes.

8. Intellectual property

Indo Social, including its software, interface, branding, documentation, and service-specific materials, is owned by or licensed to Indotium Technologies Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of Indo Social or third-party technology to you.

Open-source components included in Indo Social remain subject to their respective licences and notices.

9. Privacy and data protection

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Indo Social Privacy Policy. Instructions for requesting deletion are available on our Data Deletion page.

10. Service changes and availability

We may change, add, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law or third-party platform requirements, improve the service, or respond to operational needs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, respond to security incidents, comply with law or platform rules, investigate suspected abuse, address material breaches of these terms, or protect the integrity of the service.

You may stop using Indo Social and disconnect third-party accounts at any time. Certain obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions, will continue to apply.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Indo Social is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that every third-party integration, API, publishing action, analytics result, or advertising function will be continuously available, accepted, or free from interruption or error.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Indotium Technologies Private Limited and its directors, employees, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, advertising spend, or anticipated savings arising from or related to Indo Social.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Indotium Technologies Private Limited against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of Indo Social, content you provide, violation of these terms, or unauthorised use of a connected account or asset.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you, courts having jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or Indo Social.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date shown at the top of this page and, where required, by providing additional notice.
